What NeuraSit users are saying
I've thrown hundreds of dollars at premium orthotic memory foam cushions, but they just compress under you. NeuraSit is fundamentally different. Leaving that tiny 1-inch gap from the backrest allows the seat to gently rotate my hips forward. My spine sits tall without me even thinking about it.
The background app integration is a complete game-changer. The fact that it stores data offline means I can just sit down, work, and check my trend dashboard later. Seeing my actual spinal load data visualized makes it so easy to stay consistent.
Sitting for 10+ hours a day used to leave my lower back feeling compressed and completely spent. The carbon frame is rock solid and redistributes upper body weight beautifully across the thighs. I get up from my desk at 6 PM feeling completely fresh.

Frequently Asked Questions
How exactly does NeuraSit differ from premium orthotic back cushions?
Standard ergonomic cushions try to absorb the stress of a collapsed posture by packing extra foam under you. NeuraSit changes the physical equation entirely. By acting as a dynamic structural lever, it repurposes your downforce body weight to tilt your pelvis forward into a neutral posture, straightening the spine from its absolute foundation.
I feel a slight ache or awkwardness after using it for the first hour. Is this normal?
Yes, it's a completely normal adaptive response. Because NeuraSit shifts your pelvis out of a collapsed slump, dormant stabilizing core muscles are forced to engage. If your body has been used to poor alignment for years, you might feel a mild, healthy fatigue initially. We recommend starting in 30-60 minute intervals and scaling up naturally.
What happens if my phone dies or isn't near the seat? Is my data lost?
Not at all. NeuraSit is built with a self-sufficient internal solid-state flash memory chip. If you're disconnected from the app, the seat safely logs and timestamps up to 60 minutes of raw posture tracking data down to the minute. The exact millisecond you open the app again, all saved data points automatically dump and synchronize into your dashboard.
Can I use NeuraSit on deep soft couches, beds, or directly on the floor?
NeuraSit performs best on stable, flat seating surfacesβsuch as office chairs, dining chairs, car interiors, or aviation seats. On very soft or deeply cushioned surfaces, the base plate angle may be absorbed, which can slightly reduce the guiding force of the leverage mechanism. However, the product can still be used effectively. For the most consistent feedback and optimal experience, structured seating is recommended.
What happens if I forget to turn off the seat when I get up from my desk?
NeuraSit features an intelligent automated power-save system. If the matrix sensors detect zero occupant load or zero motion for approximately 2 hours, the device will alert you with 3 quick haptic vibrations before quietly shutting down to safeguard battery longevity.
Why does the charging light take longer to turn on after plugging in?
If the battery is completely flat (0%) due to transit times, the inner circuit board activates a safety warm-up sequence. The red charging indicator light may take up to 60 seconds to turn on after the cable is attached. This is normal behaviorβleave it connected and it will charge to full shortly.
How should I clean the seat? Can I machine wash the cover?
Because of the integrated high-fidelity sensors and battery matrix, machine washing, hand washing, and dry cleaning are strictly prohibited. The premium tech fabric outer layer is built with an advanced anti-stain coatingβsimply wipe away any minor spill with a soft, damp cloth or microfiber towel, and let it air-dry completely flat.
